Where We Ship
Forge Recovery currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Cost & Timing — In-Stock Items
Standard delivery is free of charge on all in-stock orders within the UAE, delivered via Aramex.
Handling time: orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Transit time: once dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 8 business days depending on your location within the UAE.
In total, please allow up to 10 working days from order confirmation to delivery for in-stock items. All timeframes are stated in business days and are estimates only.

Delivery Timing — Pre-Order Items
Some products are sold on a pre-order basis ahead of stock arriving in the UAE. For these items, the product page states a specific, guaranteed delivery date rather than a working-day estimate. This date is a firm commitment: once your pre-order is placed and paid in full, we are committed to delivering the exact product described by that date. Refer to the product page for the current pre-order delivery date before ordering.

Installation
Standard delivery does not include on-site setup. Professional installation is available as a separate paid add-on, selectable at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you Aramex tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Missing or Incomplete Orders
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@forgerecovery.ae within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
