Why I built this.
I'm an athlete. I wanted a cold plunge for years, but everything on the market was either wrong for UAE heat, way too expensive, or fell apart in months. Then I injured my MCL, and cold plunging was the first thing that gave me real relief.
So I set one non-negotiable before sourcing anything: it had to hold cold in a real Gulf summer, not just on a spec sheet. Most manufacturers didn't come close. I chose the one that did, then cut everything that wasn't hardware, the showroom, the endorsements, the markup.
I didn't invent a better plunge. I removed the reasons it costs 9,000 Dirhams.
If the price makes you skeptical, that's fair. That's why every product comes with a full year of cover. If something breaks on our end, we replace it, and you don't pay for anything.

FAQs
All setups can run indoors or outdoors. Outdoor-rated bundles hold 3°C through a Gulf summer; the others won't reach lower water temperatures outdoors. Check the tag on each bundle to see the recommended location.
The full-size setups need roughly 1.5m by 1m including the chiller, and the compact setup fits in under a square metre. The chiller sits alongside the tub and needs a little clearance for airflow and an electrical socket nearby. No plumbing needed, so it can go wherever those two things work.
Setup takes 5 to 10 minutes. Inflate the tub with the included pump, connect the two hoses to the chiller, fill it, and plug it in. No tools or plumbing required. We also offer professional installation if you'd rather not do it yourself.
Depends on the starting water temperature and your target temperature. Most owners just leave the chiller running overnight and it's ready by morning. You can also set schedules remotely via the app, so it's cold and ready exactly when you want to plunge.
The filtration runs whenever the chiller is on and keeps water clear for up to two months. We recommend changing the filter cartridge and draining the tub every 2 to 4 weeks to prolong the chiller's life.
If you're just starting out, we recommend setting the water to around 10-15°C and plunging for 1-2 minutes. As your tolerance builds, gradually reduce the temperature and extend your sessions if needed.
Our chillers run on less than 1 AED a day for most users. They're designed to automatically cycle on and off to hold temperature with minimal power draw.
Every bundle comes with a full year of cover. If something stops working or arrives damaged, we replace it, and you don't pay for parts or shipping. There's no lengthy proof-of-fault process and nothing to send back to us. Support is local, with technicians in the UAE if a visit is needed.
